Straight answers
Will my customers notice it's an AI?+

They won't have to notice — the opening greeting tells them, before any conversation starts. That's not politeness, that's the EU AI Act's transparency rule, and we treat it as non-negotiable.

Do you record the calls?+

No. Audio is processed live and never written down. When the call ends, the audio is gone.

What exactly gets stored?+

What the caller knowingly leaves — name and contact for a booking or callback — plus a log entry with a masked number, duration and outcome. No transcripts, no audio.

Can it be pushy or read emotions?+

No. Manipulation, subliminal techniques and emotion analysis are ruled out in every agent's instructions. There is no emotion tool for the agent to call — the capability simply isn't there.

Is this GDPR compliant?+

We build data-minimal by design and can export or delete on request. For the full data protection details, ask and Christoph will send them over.
